Joe Juhasz

Joe Juhasz, born in Hungary, is a computer programmer and systems analyst and University of Illinois graduate. Joe left IBM in 1981 after several years in research and development to form his own computer software company, PCsoftware. Over the next 5 years, PCsoftware successfully released several software packages. As a writer, Joe has contributed to several publications including the Wall Street Journal, Compute! and Softalk. Joe also taught several college level computer classes at National University. His business and technical expertise has made the InterNet's Baseball Card Store Auction one of the easiest and user-friendly auctions on the web.

After purchasing his first baseball card in 1964 (which he still owns), he gradually evolved from collector to dealer. Joe started selling at card shows and soon was promoting them at various San Diego area hotels. He obtained his auctioneer's license and for years conducted large monthly live sports memorabillia auctions. Joe met Chuck at one of his auctions and a hobby friendship culminated into the opening of "Kard Kollector", their first card store.

In an effort to promote his card store, Joe branched out and produced "Baseball Card Weekly", a weekly television show and "San Diego's Baseball Card Monthly", a monthly publication whose editor and chief contributor was Chuck. In 1990 the duo published "The Ultimate Football & Basketball Card Collector's Handbook". It was the first comprehensive team checklist book featuring those sports.

Taking his stepson's advise, Joe moved his auctions to the Internet. Chuck Roethel

Chuck Roethel, born in Queens, New York has been a Mets collector since the early '60s' and a freelance hobby writer since 1984. His articles have been published in Sports Collector's Digest, Tuff Stuff and Baseball Hobby News. A Penn State graduate in Speech/Broadcasting, Chuck was the featured columnist, "The Card Critic," in Beckett Baseball Monthly from 1984 through the early 1990s'. Later he dedicated his full attention to a thriving mail-order business specializing in football and basketball cards from the '60s-'80s. During the card store boom in the '90s, he was part owner in a three-store chain: "Kard Kollector", "Kard Krazy" and "Kard Klub".

Chuck brings to the InterNet's Baseball Card Store 30 years of active collecting experience and nearly 2 decades as a card dealer and free-lance sports card writer. Most importantly his journalistic skills bring together the "complete package" that the InterNet's Baseball Card Store strives for: an enjoyable experience that is easy to use and offers the widest variety in sports cards & collectibles.

Dave Lehmkuhl

Completing the team is Dave Lehmkuhl, head of order processing and shipping. Of all the positive feedback we get, the highest praises are for the care that is taken in the shipment of our orders. Our packages may not look pretty on the outside, but what is inside is treated like a newborn. Having a full-time mail-order business starting in 1984 with the "Seventh Inning Stretch," as a major advertiser in Baseball Hobby News, Tuff Stuff and Baseball Cards Magazine, Dave gained the reputation of delivering the goods with a soft glove.

Growing up in Middletown, Ohio, Dave shares his passion for the hobby by continuing to collect his hometown heroes - the Cincinnati Reds. Dave started collecting in 1957 and his mom is one of the extremely rare and limited edition mothers who didn't throw away the baseball cards. He left Ohio in 1967 and joined the military, wound up in San Diego in 1977 and started collecting again in 1981. A degree in accounting from Arizona State sidelined him for a while.
